Well it is Easter weekend, the time when all of Salt Ste Marie goes insane and everyone shops. So we shopped early today. Still, it was not a great deal of fun.

Isabelle is on a committee for the city and she is getting some art put up.
Sometimes people cancel meetings just before meetings.
We had another two big snowfalls last week, but we are pretty sure it is all behind us.

This one was recorded at our dining room table because of the GIANT FUCKING SNOWSTORM.
It’s probably the most snow we’ve had in a day in about five years.
It took 1 hr 40 min to shovel.
Yesterday was thesis conference day!
My students did well.
Isabelle has some cool stuff coming, including an installation, and a show she is working on with two colleagues.
She’s also got a bread tie app idea.
Jon drops in a few time too, pretty fun.
A bit earlier today, which I’m all for.
There’s apparently a snow storm coming! (That’s fake enthusiasm).
Isabelle has a thing today where people will paint figures she’s made.
It’s sugar bush season.

Early shopping, by the way, is the best shopping.
