Isabelle practicing her Skype recording skills for her upcoming art podcast

Isabelle is starting up a new podcast project about art.  She'll do it over Skype with a friend of ours, should be good.  Stay tuned to this site for details.

Future Shop is no longer.  Sort of weird.  I hope they aren't doing the 'you're all fired and are welcome to apply for your job' thing.

We talked a bit about the plight of part time university instructors, without whom the entire fucking system would collapse.  However, they are treated, well, let's say not well.

Yes, I know this is the third time this week I have used Future Primitive by Papercuts, I don't care, get your own goddamned show.

Episode 54 - A Sudbury Saturday Night

Hey look, a smoke stack!

Hey look, a smoke stack!

No we are not talking about Stompin' Tom.  Indeed, I really can't stand his music.  I am sure he is a nice guy....

It is Jonathan's birthday tomorrow, and he loves Sudbury and hotels, so we went to Sudbury today.  I am typing this from the fabulous Holiday Inn in the nickel city.

We talked a bit about Sudbury, a town I lived in as a kid, and about #awareness and when it actually has its uses.

Episode 53 - Acronym Hell (AH)

It has been a week of work, and school.  Well I guess really they are all like that.

Isabelle filled in a questionnaire about transportation to and from school for kids with autism.  That of course is fine, the bad part?  Well it was filled with undefined acronyms.

She has a hell of a Sunday coming up, while I have a paper to review (I didn't mention that on the podcast, but I thought I would now to show how important I am).

Isabelle is also working on some cool stuff, including masks for a production of animal farm and a couple of fireflies (pictured).

We hope you like this grocerycast.
